Technical Specifications
- Tank systems are designed and optimized based on capacity, pressure, temperature, and the chemical properties of the stored fluid.
- Production can be carried out in capacities ranging from 100 liters up to 250 m³ and beyond, with design options including single or double-walled structures, insulated, jacketed, coil-heated, and vacuum-resistant configurations.
- Process control is ensured through the integration of level sensors, load cell weighing systems, automation solutions, and ATEX-compliant equipment.
- While aiming for high leak-tightness, mechanical strength, and long service life, system integration is facilitated through various nozzle and connection configurations.
Design & Material
- All tanks are engineered based on detailed calculations, taking into account fluid properties, pressure, temperature, and specific process requirements.
- Designs are carried out in compliance with EN 13445, API 650, API 620, and ASME standards. Materials such as AISI 304 / 316L / 316Ti stainless steels, duplex stainless steels, and carbon steel are used to ensure high corrosion resistance and mechanical strength.
- During manufacturing, quality is ensured through CNC forming, TIG/MIG/SAW welding methods, non-destructive testing (NDT), hydrostatic tests, and advanced surface treatments.
- Each tank is optimized to fully meet process requirements with options such as insulation, heating and cooling jackets, coil systems, and custom structural designs.
