Design & Material

  • All pasteurizer systems are custom-designed based on microbiological safety criteria, thermal validation calculations, and process parameters.
  • Maximum cleanliness and product safety are ensured through the use of AISI 304 and AISI 316 stainless steel materials, low surface roughness, and hygienic CIP/SIP-compatible design.
  • Piping and equipment are manufactured in compliance with DIN / SMS standards using TIG-welded hygienic fabrication practices.
  • Systems are engineered in compliance with 3-A, PMO, FDA, and EU food standards, while full traceability is ensured through PLC, SCADA, and remote access solutions on the automation side.
