Technical Specifications
Double-wall heat exchangers combine a safety-focused design with high-performance heat transfer characteristics:
- Double-plate (double-barrier) construction for maximum isolation
- Externally directed leak path for early leak detection
- High heat transfer coefficient (U-value)
- Low risk of leakage and enhanced process safety
Technical Specifications
- Compact and modular design
- Easy maintenance and plate replacement
- Hygienic design (CIP / SIP compatible)
Typical Design Parameters:
- Design Pressure: 10–25 bar (depending on the application)
- Design Temperature: 0°C to 180°C
