Full Face Rubber Expansion Joint

MAXWOR full face rubber expansion joint solutions are flexible compensator systems designed for applications requiring high sealing performance, thanks to a special elastomer design that covers the entire flange face.

The elastomer body absorbs axial, lateral, and angular movements in piping systems while also helping to reduce vibration and noise levels.

The full face design ensures secure sealing without the need for additional gaskets. It compensates for minor flange surface irregularities and tolerances, making installation easier.

They are widely used as a reliable and cost-effective solution in HVAC systems, water installations, pump connections, and process lines.

Technical Specifications

Design and Operating Principle

Full face rubber expansion joint designs are optimized with an elastomer body that fully covers the flange face, ensuring high sealing performance.

The flexible elastomer structure absorbs thermal expansion, vibration, and mechanical movements, reducing stresses on piping and equipment connections. It also helps dampen vibration generated by pumps and valves.

Thanks to the full face design, bolt hole alignment becomes easier and secure installation is achieved without the need for additional gaskets.

Performance Advantages

  • Provides high sealing performance
  • Eliminates the need for additional gaskets
  • Compensates for flange face tolerances
  • Facilitates alignment during installation
  • Reduces vibration and noise
  • Protects piping systems and equipment connections
  • Absorbs thermal stresses
  • Long service life
