Design and Operating Principle
Vibration absorber expansion joints are designed with high-cycle-life stainless steel metal bellows. The bellows geometry is optimized to absorb equipment-induced vibrations, shocks, and micro-movements.
Single-bellows or multi-bellows design options provide suitable solutions for different vibration levels and operating conditions. Flanged or weld neck connection options allow easy integration into the system.
By reducing the transmission of vibrations and mechanical loads to the pipeline, they minimize stresses at equipment connections and improve overall system stability.
